No iPod required! If you're unfamiliar with podcasting, it's basically an Internet radio show. You can download the mp3 by clicking the Download button below each episode description (below) and hitting the Play button on the next page, or you can click the button to the right that says "Listen now" and it will stream in your internet browser. You can also subscribe to the show and get it downloaded automatically to your computer through a program called a 'podcatcher'.
